A website named e-UNNAT was launched on July 14, 2022 by Arun Kumar Mehta, Chief Secretary, Jammu and Kashmir. As the name suggests, this portal is an upgraded version of eunnat.jk.gov.in portal of an integrated, accessible and transparent service portal. The J&K e-UNNAT portal is a one-of-a-kind single platform portal facility implemented by Arun Kumar Mehta, Chief Secretary, Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
