- It is mandatory for the citizens who want to get the benefit of this scheme to be a native of the state of Karnataka.
- Women should belong to BPL, APL or Antyodaya households.
- Only one woman of a family will be provided the benefit of this scheme.
- The benefits will be provided by the government only to women listed as the head of the household on the Antyodaya, BPL and APL ration cards.
- The benefit of the program will not be extended to women taxpayers.
- Apart from this, women government employees will also not be given the benefit of this scheme.
- If the spouse of the woman head of that family pays income tax or files GST returns, then the women of that family will not get the benefit of the scheme.
