CIDCO e-Auction Refund of EMD
Let us tell you that EMD or Earnest Money is the amount which each of the bidders has to pay at the beginning of the registration process. Once the CIDCO e-Auction process is completed and approved by the Authority, the highest bidder or company will be awarded the plots and the EMD amount received from other bidders will be refunded to their bank accounts. CIDCO e-Auction 2024 Important Facts
- Interested citizens who wish to participate in the auction bids will be required to pay the EMD before the closing time.
- To participate in the process of these auction bids, candidates are required to make an advance payment on the auction portal.
- Eligible participants are allowed to participate in the closing mega CIDCO e-Auction only after making an advance payment on the auction portal.
- Along with this, the winning bidder of the auction is given thirty days from the time of making all the payments to get the ownership rights on the CIDCO plot after making all necessary payments.
- After getting a CIDCO plot, the beneficiary cannot change the purpose for which the plot is being used.
- The bid for the Cidco plot does not include any other cost component, such as:- GST, municipal tax, insurance premium, stamp duty and registration charges, lease rent, security deposit for any infrastructure facilities, water distribution, or improvement charges.
- Apart from this, allottees are responsible for obtaining clearance or no-objection certificate for CIDCO plots from various agencies for any type of construction.
- Bidders have a cooling-off period of three months from the date of receipt of offer from CIDCO during which they cannot withdraw their bid.
- In case of withdrawal of bid by the bidders, their EMD amount will be forfeited.
CIDCO e-Auction 2024 Eligibility Criteria
- Any citizen can sign a contract under the Indian Contract Act 1872 Act, then he will be eligible to make his application for these plots.
- Under CIDCO e-Auction 2024 any firm which is established as per Indian Companies Act 1956 is eligible to submit its application.
- Partnership firm which is registered under the Indian Partnership Act of 1932 can make its application.
- If anyone wants to apply for CIDCO e-Auction with partnership agreement, can submit his/her application.
- Any public trust registered under the Public Trust Act 1950 is eligible to participate in the CIDCO plot auction and can apply.
- Co-operative societies which are registered under Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act 1960 can participate in CIDCO e-auction by making their application.
Online Bidding Process for CIDCO E-Auction 2024
- First of all you have to visit the official website of CIDCO auction platform. After this the homepage of the website will open in front of you.
- On the homepage of the website, you have to click on the option of “Login”. After that a new page will open in front of you.
- Now you have to enter your username and password here. Thereafter you can see the active bids of CIDCO Plot Auction on the dashboard.
- After this you have to pay the processing fee, which is around one thousand rupees. With this you will deposit a token amount for GST and EM D money for auction of CIDCO plots.
- The minimum EMD amount is around 29 crores. You will then have to submit the bid amount, which indicates the builder’s best value offer amount.
- The bidder should participate in CIDCO e-auction and in case the bidder does not participate, the closed bid will be treated as the winning bid.
- Thus the bidder with the highest amount after the end of the process is considered the winner.
CIDCO e-Auction 2024 Application Procedure
- First of all you have to visit the official website of CIDCO e-Auction. Now the homepage of the website will open on your screen.
- On the homepage of the website, you have to click on the option of “Bidder Registration“. After this an application form will open in front of you.
- In this application form, you will be given four components, which you have to fill. Now you have to first enter all the information asked in the “Login ID Detail” section like:- Your Login ID, Password, Hint Question and Hint Answer details.
- After this, you have to enter all the necessary information asked in the “Other Details” section, such as:- Bidder Type, Permanent Address, Country, State, City, Pincode details.
- Now you have to enter account holder name, bank account number, IFSC code, MICR code, bank name, branch and refund type details in the “Bank Details” section.
- After this you will get all the required information asked in the “Applicant/Bider Details” section, such as:- Your gender, applicant or builder name, PAN number, PAN card holder name, Aadhar number, Aadhar share code number, Aadhar zip file etc. details have to be entered.
- Now you have to accept the terms and conditions by ticking the box of “I Agree to Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy”. After that you have to click on the option of “Submit”.
- After this a new page will be displayed on your screen. On this new page you have to enter your mobile number details under “OTP Verification Area”.
- Now you will receive an OTP on your mobile number. You have to enter this OTP in the given OTP box.
- After that you have to click on the option of “Submit”. Now a new page will open in front of you again.
- On this new page, you have to upload all the required documents as asked in the format mentioned in the instructions. Now the screen will indicate that the form has been approved and you are registered.
