MOMA Scholarship 2024
Students belonging to minority communities of Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist, Jain, and Parsi can apply for Pre Matric Scholarship, Post Matric Scholarship, and Merit Cum Means Scholarship for Professional and Technical courses. Those who will be selected in the MOMA Scholarship Scheme will get Scholarships up to the amount of Rs. 20,000 per annum. There are 30 Lakh opportunities available under Pre Matric Scholarship, 60,000 opportunities under Merit Cum Means Scholarship, and 5 Lakh opportunities under Post Matric Scholarship. Pre-Matric Scholarship
Under MOMA Scholarship (Christian, Buddhist, Jain, Muslim, Sikh and Parsi) minority students have been started to help them in their examination. This financial assistance of Rs 600 per month will be provided to all the students of class I to X. The annual family income of the students should not exceed Rs 1 lakh. For the eligibility of this scheme, the annual income of the family of the students should not be half of the first written income. Post-Matric Scholarship for Minorities
Minority students can apply for PhD in class 11 under the arrangement of “post-matric scholarship” through MOMA Scholarship. The annual income of the family of the students applying under this scheme should not be more than Rs 2 lakh. Through this National Minority Grant, the selected students will be provided a grant amount of up to Rs.1200 along with financial assistance of Rs.10,000 every month. Legitimacy cum-Means Scholarship for Technical Courses CS and Professional
Under the MOMA Scholarship, whoever is looking for specialist or specialized classes based on the interested student (alumni or graduate level). Students must be eligible for (Merit-cum-Means Scholarship) to avail these benefits. Through this scholarship, financial assistance of up to Rs 20,000 is provided to the selected students. Types Of MOMA Scholarship
As mentioned above there are three types of scholarship present by the Ministry of Minority affairs namely:-
- Pre-Matric Scholarship– The pre-matric scholarship is only available for the students who are not yet in class 11th and 12th. All of the students below class XI and XII are allowed to apply for the pre-matric scholarship of the minority.
- Post-Matric Scholarship– The post-matric scholarship is available for the students of classes XI and XII. All the students of classes 11 and 12 who belong to minority communities can apply for the post-matric scholarship.
- Merit cum means scholarship for technical and professional courses– All of the students who have passed class 11th and 12th and have taken admission in professional or technical courses can apply for this scholarship.

Objective Of MOMA Scholarship 2024
We all know that there are many students under minority communities like Buddhist Jain Muslim Sikh and Parsi whose economic condition does not allow them to pursue higher studies.
