Vidyadhan Scholarship 2024
The Vidyadhan Scholarship program has been started by the Sarojini Damodaran Foundation of the state to provide benefits to the students of the state. Students of the state who have completed class 10th and are enrolled in class 11th or 12th in a recognized school in Bihar. All those students will be provided the benefits of this scheme, this fund was established in 1999 by Kumari Shibulal and SD Shibulal to help the economically disadvantaged students in getting higher education. Objectives of Bihar Vidyadhan Scholarship 2024
The main objective of Vidyadhan Scholarship 2024 is to provide financial assistance to students interested in pursuing education, through this scheme all the students of the state will be provided financial assistance to continue their studies further. Such citizens of the state who fall in the following category and who have solid financial background can apply under Bihar Vidyadhan Scholarship 2024 by all those citizens. Additionally, eligible students will be provided an amount of benefits through this scheme for a period of 2 years, if the recipient maintains a strong performance as a student in these two years, in which case the government will award a bachelor’s degree. - Aspirants must have completed Class 10th / BSEB Exam in Bihar in 2024.
- Have obtained a score of 75% or CGPA of 7.5 in 10th standard / SSC exam (Note – The cutoff score for students with disabilities is 65% or CGPA of 6.5).
- Annual family income from all sources should be less than Rs.2 lakh.
