Procedure to Download and Sign Up mParivahan App

- First of all, after downloading the app mParivahan, you have to click on the option of “Sign in“.
- Under this, if you already have an account, then you have to click on the option of “Sign up”, now you have to enter the mobile number and tick I also agree to the terms and conditions.
- Now you have to verify by entering a one-time password, now you have to enter your name, and then click on the option of “Submit” to create your profile.
- Thus your one account will be created on mParivahan Mobile App, the top of the webpage will now display the user’s name as well as their cell phone number.

- Now, a window will appear in the form of a pop-up box, indicating a comment about your activity record, you have to click on the option of OK to continue.
- Thereafter the complete details of your automobile will be displayed on the screen of your mobile device.
- Then you have to scroll down the page, if there is any challan, then you have to select the option “View Challan”, otherwise, you can click on the button “Add to Dashboard for Virtual RC” and continue.
- You need to include your chassis number and engine number to verify your RC, once the RC is validated, you will receive a notification.
- In this notice you will be instructed to “Go to Dashboard to verify your RC details”. Your Virtual RC will be generated and will be shown on the RC Dashboard once completed.

mParivahan Create Virtual DL
- First of all you have to open the app mParivahan, after that you have to select “My DL” from the menu that appears on the dashboard.
- Then on the DL, select the option of “Create Virtual DL” with your mouse, now you have to enter the DL number.
- Information related to your driving license will come to your phone, after that if there is a challan to be viewed, select the option “view challan”; Otherwise, continue by selecting the “Add to Dashboard for Virtual DL” button.
- To verify your DL, to verify your identity, please enter your date of birth and then select the option “Verify”.
- At this point your digital DL has been created. You can check your virtual dll’s by going to the dashboard.
- Under the DL Dashboard you will be able to see your Virtual DL. Simply clicking on it will bring up further information.
