2558 Flats to be built by Rajasthan Housing Board
We all citizens know that Rajasthan Housing Board RHB E-Auction has been started to give assistance to the citizens of the state through the state government, construction of 2558 flats under Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana by the state government under Rajasthan Housing Board going to do. Rajasthan Housing Board RHB E-Auction New Update
We all know that Rajasthan Housing Board RHB E-Auction has been started by the state government, through this scheme, 177 flats for economically weaker section in Sector 8 of Pratap Nagar, Jaipur in Jaipur under Chief Minister Jan Awas Yojana. And 130 flats of low income group will also be built and this information has been provided by Housing Commissioner Pawan Arora. The cost of these flats will be 711000 and 1111000 respectively. The board is also going to construct 1346 flats which include 726 economically weaker section flats and 620 low income group flats in Sector 26 Pratap Nagar. - The prices of these flats are 7,65,000 and 11,10,000 respectively. Along with this, the government is going to build 808 flats at Bhiwadi Aravali Vihar.
- Out of these flats, 536 flats will be built for the economically weaker section. The price of these flats will be from 701000 to 1042000 by the state government.
- The flats to be built in Jaipur will be of G+12 and the flats to be built in Bhiwadi will be of G+3. The studio apartment will be built near Sector 8 of Pratap Nagar.

Precautions while Applying for RHB e-Auction
The following precaution should be kept in mind while applying for Rajasthan Housing Board Auction Scheme:
- Any person who wants to buy a house from the online system should bid for the house at a higher discount rate than the other bidder.
- Only 30 days will be given to complete the bidding process for various flats under Rajasthan State.
- The applicant will have to deposit 10% deposit 3 days after the auction. The remaining money has to be deposited after 60 days.
- There are two types of discount rates during the auction process, the first 0% to 25% and the second 0% to 5% are the final discounts given by the concerned officials.
- These discount rates will be determined after examining the home conditions such as location and other environmental conditions.
- 7075 for flats built for auction are kept at concessional rates.
Things to Remember for RHB E-Auction
- Citizens have to pay rupees 500 as registration fee.
- A Security Deposit of certain amount is to be given for the auction.
- While the auction process continuous, applicant has two bid high from there competitive applicant.
- A duration of 30 days will be provided to continue with the bidding process for various flats.
- The applicant has to submit 10% of depository money under 3 days after the auction process.
- Rest of the money will be submitted within 60 days.
- 0% to 25% and 0% to 5% are the two type of discount rates finalized by the concerned authority.
- Location and other environmental factors will be the key factors for finalizing the discount rates.
Registration Fee
To apply for Rajasthan e-auction facility, you have to pay a fee of Rs 500.
Security Deposit Amount
The amount to be deposited for Rajasthan Housing Facility for different categories of economic group is as follows –
- For economically weaker groups – Rs 5,000 as a security deposit.
- For lower and middle-income groups – Rs 25,000 as a security deposit.
- For high-income group – Rs 50,000 as a security deposit.
RHB E-Auction Portal Application Procedure
To apply for the Rajasthan e-auction facility, the applicant must follow the following application process given below:
- First of all, you have to go to the official website. Then the home page of the website will open in front of you.
- On the home page, you have to click on the auction option in the e-services section. Then the next page will open in front of you.
- On that page click on the drop-down menu Auctions, you will see a list of past and present auctions on the screen in the form of a table.
- You can download any auction notification of your choice.
- From the notification, you can get detailed information about the auction.
Online Bidder Registration Procedure
All the interested beneficiaries who want to register on this portal have to follow the given steps.
- First of all, you have to go to the official website. Then the home page of the website will open in front of you.
- On the home page of the website, you have to click on “Click here to register“. A new page will open in front of you.
- On that new page, you have to click on the option “Bidder Registration” in the menu bar. Then a form will open in front of you.
- You have to enter your personal information in the given form. Then you have to click on the Register tab.
- Then on the home page, you have to pay the registration fee through online mode. Then you will get the login Eid and password.
- You can then login to the website to bid.
Submit Grievance
- First of all, go to the Official Website of the RHB E-Auction. After this, the homepage of the website will open in front of you.
- On the home page of website, you will see the Grievance option under the Citizen charter. After that, a new page will open in front of you.
- Now click on the Lodge Your Grievance option, An application form will open in front of you.
- After this, Enter the details in the application form and click on the submit option.

- On Wednesday, e-auction festival registration will start from June 1.
- Online registration for the Rajasthan Housing Board Auction festival will begin on 8 June on Wednesday.
