Odisha Mission Shakti Scooter Yojana
The Odisha cabinet has approved the launch of Mission Shakti Scooter Yojana under the leadership of the Chief Minister of the state, Naveen Patnaik. Through this scheme, interest subvention on bank loans up to Rs 1 lakh will be provided by the Government of Odisha to the eligible citizens of the state to buy scooters. About 75000 SHG community support workers and about 125000 SHG federation leaders will be able to get the benefit of Odisha Mission Shakti Scooter Yojana, this information has been provided by Odisha Mission Shakti Minister Tukuni Sahu. Objectives of Mission Shakti Scooter Yojana
The main objective of Odisha Mission Shakti Scooter Yojana is to provide interest-free loan up to Rs 1 lakh to the eligible citizens of the state to buy scooters. Through this scheme benefits will be provided to Mission Shakti Mahasangh leaders and community support workers of the state, necessary mobility assistance SHG members will get through this scheme. - Odisha Mission Shakti Scooter Yojana has been started by the Government of Odisha, under which the cost of Rs 528 crore has been fixed by the government during the next five years.
- About 75,000 community support workers and about 1,25,000 federation leaders directly at the panchayat, block and district level will be provided benefits by the state government through this scheme.
