To get benefits from any government program, candidates have to fulfill certain eligibility criteria related to that program. - You have to click on the option of “Registration” from the various options given in this drop box. (Note: Every year, the renewal applicants are also required to create a new registration id to ensure successful submission of application).
- Now a new page will open in front of you. After this you have to click on any one renewal option as per your requirement from the various grant options of different departments given on this new page.
- After that the application form of the concerned grant will be displayed on your screen. In this application form, you have to enter the details of all the necessary information asked.
- Now you have to click on the option of “Submit”, after which you will be registered on the portal. You will then receive their registration information including registration number and password on your registered email and mobile number.
- After that you have to click on the option of “Students” again on the homepage. Now you have to click on the option of “Renewal Login”.

- After that an application form will open in front of you. Now you have to enter the details of all the necessary information asked in this application form, such as:- Your registration number, password, date of birth etc.

- On the homepage of the website, you need to click on the option “Click to know your payment status”. After that a new page will be displayed in front of you.
- Now you have to enter all the required information asked in this new page like:- Your bank name, account number, captcha code etc.
- After this you have to click on the option “Send OTP on Registered Mobile Number”. Now you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
- You have to enter the OTP received in the OTP box provided. Now you have to click on the option of “Submit”, after which you will be able to see the payment status on your screen.
Register Grievance
- First of all you have to visit the official website of Uttar Pradesh Jansunwai Portal. Now the homepage of the website will open on your screen.
- On the homepage of the website, you have to click on the option of “Grievance Registration”. After this a popup box will be displayed in front of you.
- Now you have to read carefully all the necessary policies given in this popup box and click in the box of “I agree that my complaint does not fall under the above mentioned categories”.
- After that you have to click on the option of “Submit”. Now a new page will open in front of you.
- On this new page, you will have to enter all the required information asked like:- Your mobile number and captcha code details. After this, you have to click on the option of “Send OTP”.
- Now you will receive an OTP on your mobile number, which you have to enter in the given OTP box. After this a complaint application form will be displayed on your screen.
- After that you have to enter the details of your complaint in this application form. Now if you have any document related to the complaint, then you will have to upload it.
- Now you have to click on the option of “Submit”, after which you will be able to register your complaint.
