YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024
Plots are offered for industrial and institutional use under YEIDA Plot Scheme, a residential property project in the pipeline by YEIDA. Plots will be sold through this residential property project in Greater Noida Sectors 16, 17A, 18, 20 and 22D, in addition to 477 plots ranging from 60 to 90 to 120 to 162 to 200 to 300 to 500 to 1000 to 2000 square meters. It is offered through this scheme. Some of the plots are completely new in the present project while some of the plots are the same under the present project which were left over from the previous schemes.
All those citizens who want to apply under YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024, can apply online under this scheme from 7th September to 7th October. Citizens who want to make a single payment will be given priority at the time of allotment of plots under this (one time), in addition to this, citizens will be considered for those people, by whom a part of the total cost will be paid once. in and the rest is paid in installments (50:50). Apart from this, such citizens who choose the option of paying 30% of the total amount in lump sum, and want to pay the remaining 70% in installments, all such citizens will get the benefit of the lowest amount. - Three payment options are available for purchasing a plot under the YEIDA Plot Scheme, which can be taken directly in full payment and in installments by the citizens applying under the scheme.
- Recipients will be provided a lease through this scheme for ninety years by YEIDA.
- There are innumerable opportunities for expansion of a company in ninety years, so this plot will prove to be important for all those citizens who want to apply under this scheme.
- Four plots are available under YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024, the size of these plots is 2,000 square meters, eight are 1,000 square meters, and five are up to 500 square meters.
Eligibility of YEIDA Plot Scheme
- Citizens wishing to get the benefit of this scheme should be a native of India.
- The applicant should not have been allotted any other plot or apartment earlier at any point of time.
- The applicant must be fit to contract, must be of sound mind and must not be restricted from carrying on business by any applicable law to be considered, only then they will be able to avail the benefits of the scheme.
- Apart from this, the age of the person applying should be more than 18 years.
- Under this, only the applicant, his/her spouse and any dependent children are eligible to apply for the plot or apartment.

- To sign up on the homepage of the website, you have to click on the option “Register here”, after that a new page named “Entrepreneur Registration” will open in front of you.
