Application Fee for non-encumbrance Certificate
- The convenience fee to be paid by the applicant is Rs 100, in addition to the application fee Rs 2 has to be paid. According to the time frame, different recommended payments have been prescribed, which are as follows.
- Any applicant who is getting the benefit of an encumbrance certificate for the current year, in that case they have to send Rs.20 as fee.
