Krishak Sahayata for Livelihood and Income Augmentation Initiative in India was launched on December 21, 2018, Chief Minister of Odisha Shri Naveen Patnaik has been entrusted with the responsibility of inaugurating this programme. Benefits and Features of Krushak Odisha Portal
- Rs 2 lakh will be provided as life insurance to all the registered beneficiary citizens through the Odisha Krushak Portal launched by the Government of Odisha.
- Those farmers of the state who do not have land, all those farmers will be provided house facility from 2 to 57 lakhs.
- Every year a benefit of 10 lakh rupees will be provided by the state government to the small farmers of the state and the farmers who do not have land.
- All those farmers who do not have land available, will be provided a benefit of Rs 10 lakh by the state government to seek employment.
- No interest of any kind will be charged on loans above Rs 50,000 for agriculture under the krushak.odisha.gov.in portal.
- Additionally Rs 10,000 for Rabi and bad weather will be provided to more than 30 lakh small and poor families from this scheme.
- Personal accident insurance facility from 2 lakh to 12 lakh will be available under this scheme for Odisha residents between the age of 18 to 50 years.
