First of all you have to go to the official website of IGRS Rajasthan. Now the home page of the website will be displayed on your screen.

On the homepage of the website, you have to click on the option of “Property Valuation For Citizen“. Now you have to enter your City details.
After filling the name of your city, you have to click on the submit button, after that a new page will open in front of you, here you have to enter your mobile number.

After that you have to click on the option of “Fresh Evaluation”. Now a new page will open in front of you.
On this new page, you will have to enter all the required information as asked:- Location, Type, District, Sub-Type, SRO, Category and Tehsil details of the document.
Now you will be redirected to a new page again. On this new page you have to enter the details of your location, colony area, property area, address etc.
You will then need to enter the details of the building area or floor type in the “Additional Value” section. Now you have to select the commission.
The details of the measured value will now be displayed on your screen. Now you have to click on the option of “save the property details” to know the cost of the land.
After this you have to calculate the stamp duty by visiting the e-Stamp page of the Registration and Stamp Department of Rajasthan.
