Eligibility Criteria for YSR Law Nestham Scheme
- To apply under the scheme, the applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in the subject of law.
- Applicants must be registered with Andhra Pradesh State Bar Council in the roll of Advocates.
- All fresh law graduates who have passed law after 2019 are eligible to apply under this scheme.
- The benefit of this Andhra Pradesh YSR Law Nestham Scheme will be made available to only one applicant per family.
- Applicants above 35 years of age will not be considered eligible for this YSR Law Nestham Scheme.
- An affidavit issued by the concerned senior advocate has to be submitted to prove the status of active practice, then only the benefit of this scheme will be available.
- The applicant must have a certificate of practice obtained within 2 years from the enrollment received on passing the examination conducted by the Bar Council of India.
- If the applicant definitely leaves the practice of law due to any reason, the same shall be informed to the authorities.
