Under this Scheme, the Government Decided to Give Money in Place of Rice
To fulfill the election promise, the Karnataka government is facing a lot of problems in procuring rice in large quantities. Because of which, under the Karnataka Anna Bhagya Scheme, on Wednesday, the Siddaramaiah government has decided to give money at the rate of Rs 34 per kg instead of additional five kg rice to all eligible beneficiaries.
