MHADA Pune Lottery has been announced by Maharashtra Housing and Development Board for 4744 houses in Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad, Solapur and Kolhapur districts. Out of 4744 houses for Pune, 2092 houses will be awarded through this lottery under the 20% Comprehensive Housing Scheme. The homes in this lottery will comprise structures built by private developers under the 20 percent scheme, all of which vary from 320 to 430 square feet and are available for smaller gatherings. Eligibility for MHADA Pune Lottery 2024
- Citizens desirous of getting the benefits of this scheme should be at least 18 years of age.
- The applicant person must have a PAN card.
- Domicile certificate is also mandatory for the applicant.
- If a person’s monthly income is between Rs 50,001 and Rs 75,000, they can apply for a Middle Income Group (MIG) apartment.
- Apart from this, citizens whose monthly income is between Rs 25,001 to Rs 50,000 can apply for Low Income Group (LIG) flats.
- Citizens earning Rs 75,000 or more can apply for High Salary Group (HIG) flats.

Register for MHADA Lottery
