Loan is disbursed through installments as per construction stage, sanction of loan by the bank to the applicant’s loan account, registration of mortgage, release of first installment after investment of margin money. The 2nd installment is released at roof level in case of loan of Rs.1.5 lakh, Rs.2 lakh, Rs.3 lakh, under which loan of Rs.1 lakh is released after the roofing is done .
