The AP government has started the AP YSR Cheyutha Scheme to provide assistance to the poor family of the state, under which financial assistance will be provided to the women belonging to SC, ST, BC or minority communities of the state. Objective of Andhra Pradesh Cheyutha Scheme

We all citizens know that there are many women who show interest in self employment and are interested in setting up various retail shops but because of the thinking of the society they are not able to fulfill their dreams. Keeping this focus in mind, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has started the second phase of AP Cheyutha Scheme. With the help of this scheme, women in the age group of 45 to 60 years will get various employment opportunities. Apart from this, each beneficiary will get financial assistance of Rs 75000 per year for four years. The financial assistance of Rs 75000 per year to the beneficiary women will be transferred to their bank accounts in four equal parts of Rs 18750. Establishment of Grocery Stores

The Andhra Pradesh government has tied up with big companies like Amul, Reliance, P&G, ITC to provide support to all women in their state. Apart from this, with the help of this agreement, about 78000 beneficiaries will get a chance to set up their own grocery shop. With the help of these shops, the remaining income of Rs 10,000 can be obtained by all the beneficiary women of the state. 19000 crore rupees are being spent by the state government in 4 years under this scheme. Apart from this, 8943 crore rupees have been spent by the government through the first and second installment of YSR Cheyutha Scheme. So far about 1,90,517 citizens have been provided with buffaloes, cows and goats by the Andhra Pradesh government. Rs 703 Crore Released to the Left Out Beneficiaries

Every year in June and December, the Andhra Pradesh government starts a program to provide cash benefits to the remaining beneficiaries, everyone is aware of this. The YSR Cheyutha Scheme has been launched by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh to provide financial assistance to women belonging to SC, ST, OBC and minority communities. An amount of Rs 18750 was distributed annually to all the beneficiaries through this scheme by the state government. In view of the successful implementation of this scheme last year, the state government has decided to extend the benefits of this scheme for the second consecutive year as well.
